Multi-cam switching, graphics and clean audio, whether it’s a conference keynote or episode forty of your podcast.

Why produce a stream?

A single webcam is fine for a quick meeting. For a keynote, a fundraiser or a show people come back to every week, the details matter: seeing the speaker and the slides at the right moments, hearing every word clearly, and a picture that doesn’t freeze halfway through. That’s the part we take off your plate, so you can focus on the event itself.

What’s included

  • Multi-camera setups with live switching between angles
  • Clean audio from microphones, fed to the stream and recorded separately
  • On-screen graphics: lower thirds, slides and branded elements
  • A full recording of the event, with highlight edits afterward if you want them

For video podcasts, we set up multi-camera recording that makes every episode look and sound consistent, then edit the full episode and short clips for social.

How it works

  1. Planning. The run of show, the speakers, slides, and where the stream needs to go.
  2. Tech check. We look at the venue’s internet, power and sound ahead of time. A wired connection is the single biggest factor in a reliable stream.
  3. Show day. We set up early, test everything, and run the switcher during the event.
  4. Afterward. Recordings delivered, plus edits and clips if you want them.

Typical projects

Conference keynotes and panels, company town halls, fundraisers and galas, and recurring video podcasts.

Questions people ask

What do you need from the venue?

Power, a spot near the action for the switcher and, ideally, a wired internet connection. We check the rest on a site visit or a call beforehand.

Can we record without streaming live?

Yes. Many podcasts and events are recorded, edited and published later, which is often the simpler choice.

Do you edit podcast episodes?

Yes, including short clips cut for social media.

Where can you stream to?

The common platforms, like YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn, or a private link for internal events. Tell us where your audience is and we’ll plan around it.
